A Gemologist??
Because of a star-crossed life-event turn, let’s say, a turn in the road, I started a collection, & then a studious passion, of crystals & gemstones.
I collected, I learned, I read books & webpages, I built up knowledge & specimens, over time, with budget money…
Now, where am I at? An expert!
And looking pretty sharp… wait, I mean, pretty glamorous!
I started this in 2006! Who knew what would become of it!
There’s an expression for literally “ice”… like top quality.. a glass ruby, for example. A glass blue topaz…
I started with crystals in their rough state! An example would be amethyst. Or as a gemstone!
Jewels at the jewelers actually have a science card, ^ it can include calibrating the gemstones as a set. Even a set, even though the shape is different! (Like emerald-cut, rounds, pear…) What’s the light spectrum on that? Carats? Carat weight?

This Piano degree certificate was prepped in advance, historically, for a FEMALE studious piano collegiate that would one day pass it! With the grades invented in advance! (Bach, I’m going to have your head….)

I did 1 year plus 3 weeks in the Science program before switching into the Fine Arts program.
I was on the Dean’s list in my first semester of Science! With a painting class as my elective!
The Fine Arts Degree used to be a technical degree for the respected job of Drafts-person.
(Arts Plastiques is french for Fine Arts.)
JAC had got me on all the science…
