Summer solstice
~Celebration♡
The summer solstice, also called the estival solstice or midsummer, occurs when one of Earth’s poles has its maximum tilt toward the Sun. It happens twice yearly, once in each hemisphere.

I just found out last week that I am a year younger than I think!
My birth certificate registration with my SIN (Social Insurance Number) was done wrong, and is permanently wrong, because they don’t change those, even if there is a mistake!
My parents even forgot about it! I never knew!
Now, I can say that I went to kindergarten at 4, graduated highschool at 14, and drove with my driver’s license just after my FIFTEENTH birthday!!!
I had a ’91 Honda Civic hatchback, lol, in turquoise green, with a stick shift!
I got into my first professional ART GALLERY at 24, got my BFA at age 26, and I am only ONE year older than my little sis.
My John Abbott Science degree was at age 16!!!

Cancer woman with Pisces man♡♡♡♡
♡♡♡♡In love:
Put two Water signs together – particularly the Pisces man and the Cancer woman – and what will the result be? A sublime sea of love and emotion. Words can’t describe the depth of their mutual affection and understanding; they are almost telepathic in their ability to understand each other’s need and desires. In fact, they’ll probably find that if ever they do need to talk, they’ll end up doing so in sync. Once they become an item, they’ll be finishing each other’s sentences then giggling at themselves. To some extent, they’ll love each other more as a couple then as individuals. Both are highly sensitive and appreciate the other’s qualities equally. She makes him feel like a playful, happy child one minute, then inspires him to want to take care of her and spoil her the next. He can actually be what she wants him to be by being himself! He loves it that she admires his all-encompassing perspective on life and he delights in sharing his view with her. Together they can make a magical, mystical world that only the two of them share – a place where they can let their imaginations flow. But the result won’t simply be romantic nonsense that serves no purpose other than to fuel the intoxication of their hearts. They’ll probably also be sowing te seeds of a more artistic and successful way of life together. These two inspire one another to achieve more both spiritually and materially than either could achieve on their own.♡♡♡♡

NYTimes Gossip Page 6 —>85-91
“Lies. Lies, lies, lies. He (She) Lies…” Ah, the fallacy of the con-artist dater. Why would it occur to us nice people that someone would be like that? Stories of persuasion, lied through their teeth? Person seems nice, not too bad in the looks department, agreeable… Even made the initial outreach, or I spotted one… How the hell did I let that thing pull a fast one on me? You’re in deep doodoo, f*cker. That goes for the friending, too. I know what you’re after.
Time to talk real estate! I don’t know if an agent or website would tell you, but to shoot pictures of your cabin for rental, there’s a way~
If you photograph, I think you would be able to doit
There should be absolutely no clutter; if you put quaint or cool things in the cabin leave them for the visitors!!! Its called staging, dear!
shoot every room from a corner, with the camera held really high, to get all the space.
Use a lot of angles, people like seeing the rooms of the place they are getting.
Show open spaces; open doorways, windows, light, etc.
Good luck, sweet success.
WTF is flipping houses? Does it have to do with swinging? Yes, it does! Like TLC’s old stand-by “Trading Spaces”, it means buying & bettering the property any way you can. Then you sell it on a mark-up! Maybe live in it for a while? Improvements could just be a cleaning & a coat of paint, other times rebuilding fixtures, changing the space by renovating walls, windows, moldings… maybe even the garden. If you are a contractor, you could do all kinds of interesting work yourself! Just a dork? Smaller changes.
Yesterday I saw a black & blue Passat! It was a flipped car! Its done by creating interest & concept on the rebuild, or build, even. Did you know that Volvo builds every client’s car? You’d think their clients would need lots of help deciding… lest you are a shopping cart-using idiot! This pain is self-inflicted, but not to all. Put in your mechanic knowledge & elbow grease, and drive the cool thing! Or sell it, & make a profit! Then recycle the money into your favorite pastime, the next project.

Did you know that Donald Trump owns The Guggenheim? It’s a beautiful uptown art museum! While on the subject of real estate… that’s where our President started, and earned his New York City socialite fame! He’s a real-estate mogul, of “his town”, (“my town”), New York City! If you wonder why you had heard of him, and even a blond wife (where’s the first lady?) from the 90’s… A NYC Glitteratti! Then of course, his spot, about his businessman success at being a super-stern boss!
