NEW ART BY ME, ALICIA. June 14th 2017

Marshmallows!!!

This picture is neato because the marshmalloow bag looks like a flag… and with the “gastronomie” of the kitchen around, maybe its France!

So nice to see these marshmallow shapes up close, and with the lettering on the bag!

MY KICKS. June 14th 2017

My new adidas hightops!!!

Yes, mine, me, girl, Alicia!!! (I danced my butt off like a pro at my cousin’s wedding, in my other sneakers… light turquoise Pumas.. That was June 3rd)

They are men’s sz 9 1/2

I had to ask Kareem Abdul-Jabar; Jade’s a big fan anyways…
He said no one wears black hightops!
But these ones have the classic white adidas stripes, and the nice blue. I wear ‘em muchos happily!!!! MY KICKS!!!!

Special Asian necklace. June 14th 2017

This pendant has a ring-shaped piece of yellow jade, with a silver dragon winding over the yellow jade piece. Jade is like a rock, or a crystal, and its a precious stone of Asia.

I photographed the pendant on a special beautiful box that has art on it, and with its pink pouch.

The pendant is on a beautiful decorated colorful cardboard box with a giraffe on it.

You can see the yellow on the yellow!

Here the pendant is on the pink pouch it came in.
Have you learned now about making beautiful photography?

The animals at SStewart Hall. June 21st 2017

I am pretty good at animal catching… I mean animal taming! I only ‘caught them’ with my camera… The animals that live at Stewart are very used to seeing me there!

Mr. Blue Jay on the water, looking quite striking – like my pictures of the Golden Eagle!

This Seagull is one of my favorite “wild pets”. I have learned to recognize him by his characteristics! I have been seeing him around for 3-4 years. This is not a joke! He calls out very coy Seagull screeches at times. ALSO: this little guy actually tracks me! I have seen him often at Stewart, but I have seen him at the Hospital, even in different spots of outside the big building complex, at the restaurant I go to sometimes, and the park! How cool is that?

There he is…

This Squirrel comes right up to see me. ALSO HAVE BEEN SEEING IT AROUND SINCE 2013! At one point it even traveled to Kirkland… but made it safely home to my park in Pointe-Claire!

The ducks come waddling over to say hi

This is a good nature picture of the Blue Jay. You can see its amazing blue feathers and their patterning very clearly

The lushness, beauty and mystery of the gardens and the landscape. June 30th 2017

I am so proud of this art…
Right up my alley in style, but a new and different aesthetic at the same time…

Another visit to the Ecomuseum! June 21st 2017

(8/July/2017) Well… many nice friends that love animals that had never been! Its nice to go, every so often, anyways.

The Great Horned Owl. (He doesn’t have ‘horns’; he has feathers and ears.) The Owl has one eye open, and one eye closed… and man he is a starin’ at me!

This looks like tropical swamp… Well its because there are four seasons in Canada, distinct temperature ones, a cycle of 4, and it does get hot for many months!

This is a boardwalk path thru some swamp. Do you dare?

Closeup of a raccoon in a tree, climbing…

…and its a giant tree!

Did you know? June 21st is the first day of summer!

Did you know? I’m intent on enjoying my summer…

You can’t wait forever…

Mushroom and Plumerias. June 26th 2017

Special things like at the Metropolitain Museum of Art, NYC, for my friend Henry Cavill, who has to rest a couple of days.

He is the owner, and really liked my show in the lobby of the museum; it was my tiger lily sculpture.

New war monument park in Beaconsfield. June 29th 2017
This park/art space is relatively new to the area; I had driven by it a few times, noticing there was something new there, and finally decided to go see it up close. I photographed the park, in all ceremony and seriousness!

President Donald Trump came to this same park – later that day!

My day today. Saturday July 15th 2017

“Swimming in the South Shore” ~My birthday in advance!~

My Canadian coins: Canada’s 150th birthday this year. July 26th 2017

The “toonie” and quarter are shown here in their commemorative color-enamel version.

The Canadian dollar is worth less than the American dollar, but has been at par before. (CAD & USD). Right now CAD = AUD. (A little trick math here; we are currently at par with the Australian Dollar.)

2$ coin; Canada stopped circulation of the one dollar bill in the 80′s with the loonie; (the coin has a loon on it), then the 2$ bill as well in 1996. The 2$ coin has a polar bear on it, but earned the slang-term “toonie”. As in; two loonies (or two dollars).
This 2$ coin has a different design and intricate detailing added. The stamped and etched maple leafs, aside from the picture, make it a soldier’s medal; and its “B.U.” That means “Brilliant Uncirculated”, and refers to the quality of the mintage of the coin.

Loonies are gold tone. This one, a 1-dollar coin, has a commemorative image on it, of some of the elements of the story of Canada. 150 years as officially independent from Europe!

Color enameling detail… but the all-silver tone version is striking and very beautiful.

Dime. Dime of peace and beauty!

Our nickel…. it still has our beloved beaver on it!

Special designs for Canada’s 150, (July 1st 2017)… National pride, beauty, and peace!

Egyptian Plate. July 28th 2017

This plate looks like it was made using a similar technique that I used when I made my copper plates for my etchings. (This sentence is very funny and ridiculous.)

I fell upon some flowers…. July 30th 2017

I was out and about, working, when I found some gardens….

New Medals. July 30th 2017
Nobel Peace Prizes – Fils – Jaq. (Mulan; yuk-yuk *wink))

There is a reason Fiston is China aesthetic, & Jacqueline is a Japanese one… its very beautiful; & its something I know in my heart.

These photographs were very hard to do. If you don’t like it, lump it!!!.

Photographs of broken candy on a park bench. July 31st 2017
