My Harley-Davidson T-Shirt from Old Orchard Beach, Maine, 1994 (age 14). July 14th, 2015.

They had fake tattoo painting on the boardwalk, down from the strip of shops…I got a black panther painting on my thigh. We walked back to our spot, along the shore of the beach, me in my new t-shirt and flaunting my thigh fashion art
I’ve been on the back of my uncle’s Harley, they called me Victory Maiden because I held on gently. So I knew Harley Davidson culture because of my family. But really, I liked the black panther…
I got the panther tattooed for real, in mtl, later in the year

The story behind this photo, ‘Cuba Libre’ – peace out, lol. July 19th, 2015.

Maybe I was fed up of stalkers, maybe I was bored and making art…
This photo was from a year and a half ago. I posted it on Facebook. I used my mirror affects to make myself look skinnier, lined it up perfectly. You can see my arm on the right is from the second mirror…discrepancy lol. I tied my long hair back in a ponytail, and pulled some hair loose, so it looked short. I covered myself in blush so I looked tanned. Then I greened out the photo. And…voilà! ALicia is in a hotel in Cuba, gone from the pressures here, and saying peace, bye bye. Obviously I was being a big brat – and giggling….tee-hee. Treat me with respect!!!!

UPDATE, August 18th 2015: “Got OUTLINE?”
Posted on the 2nd half-2015 page, this was an inside tip about a highschool course that I wrote the outline for, that should be mandatory in the US and Canada. The course is called ‘Money Management for Life’, and would teach people how to handle their finances and live within their means. In my opinion, a course like this would clear out a lot of debt problems, by teaching life skills that people do not know, right at the age when teens need to start being responsible for their money. Right now the Outline is several pages handwritten in my notebooks; notebooks where I was teaching my friends other things they missed in school.
More to come soon about this course.
UPDATE, September 1st 2015: I’ve even got a page for kids

Murano Glass Pendant Pieces, September 7th, 2015.
Murano is an isle off of Venice, Italy, where the local craft tradition is glass art.
The story behind these pieces is that a boy had ran away from home. He found himself lost on Murano, and was the only person on the small island. He found the glass-blowing workshop, and invented a new art, his beautiful pendants. He finally left the island, because a boat came, and wandered around Italy. My father met him in Milan, and bought me the tree pendant, and helped him get into an orphanage. That was many years ago. I caught up with Mr. Angel Italia recently, as I call him, and we are collaborating to recover his opera. He also had a very nice reunion with my father, his rescuer.
Bottega Veneta: Italian hand-crafted perfume gift set, by Brandon Boyd. September 14th 2015.
Brandon made me a perfume gift-set many years ago. I finally have it, and the scent is very beautiful. He made the glass bottles, (glass blowing), added leather accents, painted the delicate words on the bottles, very carefully, and even mixed the perfumes and cream himself. The ‘mixology’ is exquisite. When you make a perfume, you layer scents artistically, and BB’s is some of the most beautiful perfume I have ever smelled. He also made a stunning gift box for the set – superb craftsmanship all around. But, heh heh, sneaky-me: I made a couple of kits of Bottega Veneta too, for men.
Other murine by Angel Italia. Ecco le carrine! September 20th 2015.
The first one looks like my precision striping marker strokes; the second I call “ultramarine garden”. The detailing is tiny and beautiful. The shapes look like flowers, suns and stars. I photographed it over one of my paintings, to have a colorful background. The first, like a pink flower petal, is photographed on a colorful piece of fabric.
More murine by Angel Italia! Ecco l’opera de Jade! September 22nd 2015.
These 3 pendants are more examples of Angel Italia’s beautiful intricate glass art. I named the pendants with their characteristics. The first I call “Amore”. The second looks like romance and I call it “Pink Garden”. The third is “Greek Purple Stealth”, because it has the shapes that I call greek, and Angel uses a shade of dioxazine purple, which is a really sublime color. There are 8 rust eyes. The whole thing looks really male to me. If you look closely, there are even tiny purple stars. Also note, in the first piece, there is the red and blue sunshine shape, that I call his “point-repère stars”. You’ll see why in more pieces to come, if I can find them, and get them posted!
More millefiori by Angel Italia, more findings. September 24th, 2015.
Photos of the “Flower Star”, and “Mille-Fiori-Sole-Stelle”, which means a thousand flowers, suns and stars. I also call the second one “Cosmos #2″. “Flower Star” is like a mandala, like my marker drawings. A mandala means a circular shaped spiritual drawing. Jade’s art knives are featured with “Flower Star” in the photoset. He used the knives to cut pieces of glass, and to eat on the go, when he was a drifter. M-F-S-S is photographed in its handcrafted box, and Corte Murrino means “short glass pieces”. Part of Jade’s way of doing things.
Eddie-ink gemstone ring September 24th, 2015.
Bon, thank God’s Grace, the damage of lifted ink – that the totally negligent art-lady caused by showing my Eddie Cards in the sun – came back. I had to recolor them, and they will never be the same as they were originally, even the “Eddie” name card. The gemstone ring is little compensation, but better than nothing.
Drawing day at Java U with my dad and Jade.. September 26th, 2015.
I’m always amazed when I draw with friends and family. They come out with such nice things! They’re lucky ducks…they get spoiled – because I lend them my supplies, and then they get featured on my webpage too! Their cards are already in the friend’s cards photo gallery. These pics focus on the “friends and family fun” aspect of the day.

“ART”
by Roy Lichtenstein. December 19th, 2015.
Lichtenstein painted my portrait after I helped him as an associate at Omer DeSerres, where I worked. I was wearing a black ribbon in a bow, for a festive holiday look, for all the fun Christmas-shopping spirit. Very busy time of year for working in retail. (2007)
He bought the store after. He is Dutch-German, and as I went shopping at my old store this year, for my mom’s framing (on a Renoir I gave her), I bought some new gouache paints, and paper for them, and two wood panels, and found one of Roy’s best works. (In The Car).
So amazing!
The Surveyer family had a hardware shop in the Old Port, near Champ-de-Mars metro station, maybe about a hundred years ago…
Point is, it eventually evolved to being the Omer DeSerres art store. It is now called DeSerres.
THE END
P.S.: Here in the photo preview you can see how the black painted space on the left melds into the blonde hair lines beautifully. It is a good part of the piece.

My Lichtenstein
For me, this is the nicest one to own from his oeuvre, typical of his famous aesthetic, and my preference in styling

I call this pendant the “greek” one. (Its a glass circle pendant in a jewelry box)
I call it this because the aesthetic reminds me of greek ionic columns, and the colors could be the ocean I suppose. In Art History studies, this is called “contrast and compare”…see what you think.
My Male Artistic Match. December 17th, 2015.
Jade’s Art….Can you imagine these alongside mine?
Incredible series of 64 large-scale fascination paintings, painted alongside my big 45…literally alongside…
What can I say…
“The guy and girl match”
If people call me artissima, the “best artist”, (of today?), I call HIM the same!
Jade’s paintings match my Abstract Landscapes in the sense that they are bold, big, distorted, somewhat ‘dark’, and use bright or odd colors… The difference is that when I painted mine, I abstracted the forms on purpose. BUT, there is still a way of ‘my viewing’ in them, my ‘warped’ perspective, that looks obvious to me, but not to others. Jade’s special perspective, which creates a fascination, and looks somewhat like biblical paintings, comes from his feelings and emotions. The difference is, the perspective he is creating is real to him, unlike my paintings where I know I am distorting the image, to a point.
